Welcome to our newest and most luxurious condo on Sanibel Island, Sundial Beach Resort Suite K303.  It is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath 3rd floor GULF FRONT unit that is just steps from the beach.  The sliding doors open wide to allow you to enjoy the panoramic Gulf and beach views from the large screened lanai and living room.

K303 has been completely renovated and is an A++suite.  It is fully furnished and equipped with every conveniece to make your vacation and enjoyable one.  There is cable TV/VCR in living room and master bedroom.  The kitchen has all appliances, including dishwasher and microwave.  All linens are provided.  There are ceiling fans throughout the condo.
